AI Contract Review IS NOT A LAW FIRM AND DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE.

The Service provides AI-generated information for informational purposes only. Using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and us, and no communication through the Service is protected by attorney-client privilege or treated as confidential legal advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (B) USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be waived.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your place of residence.
