2. Relationship to ChatGPT (OpenAI)

AI Contract Review runs inside ChatGPT. Your interactions with ChatGPT are governed by OpenAI’s policies. Please review OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.

3. Information We Process

We do not provide the Service through a user account system and we do not maintain a persistent database of user profiles.

• Contract review report data: We do not receive your contract files. The Service does not request the full contract text; our server receives the structured report payload needed to render the widget (for example: contract title, per-aspect status and notes, and an overall conclusion). This payload may include excerpts or personal information if you or ChatGPT include it.
• Technical data and logs: Like most web services, our infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, request metadata (timestamps, endpoints), and server logs for security, troubleshooting, and reliability.
• Location: We do not request or use precise location data, and we do not use location to tailor the Service.
• Cookies and tracking: We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics on our landing or legal pages.

4. How We Use Information

• To provide the Service and render the contract review widget.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

5. How We Share Information

• OpenAI (ChatGPT): The Service is used within ChatGPT, and your contract content is processed within ChatGPT per OpenAI’s policies.
• Hosting (Fly.io): Our API and widget are hosted on Fly.io. Fly.io may process infrastructure logs and operational data as part of providing hosting services. Please review Fly.io’s Privacy Policy.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or valid legal process.

6. Data Retention

We do not store contract text in a user database and we do not log request bodies. The structured report payload is processed to render the widget response and is not stored in a persistent database by us.

We retain technical logs only as long as necessary for security and troubleshooting. Our hosting provider may retain infrastructure logs according to its own policies (see Fly.io’s Privacy Policy).

7. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than where you live, including the United States. By using the Service, you understand that information may be processed internationally as part of providing the Service.

8. Your Rights
